V -- AUTOMATIC TEST EQUIPMENT SOL F04699-99-Q-0043 DUE 122498 POC For copy, contact the info office indicated., For additional information contact Bridges.R3j/Pkos/[916]643-4890 This contract provides for the contractor to provide, engineering man- hours, and requisite technical support to the Government in relocating the Planar Near Field Scanner (8 x 8), MSQ-118 Automatic Test Equipment (ATE), used to test the Mobil Satellite Phased Array Sub-System (PASS), from McClellan AFB, CA (SM-ALC) to Tobyhanna Army Depot, PA (TYAD). The contractor shall work with the Goverment to ensure proper positioning and alignment of the planer near field scanner prior to establishing baseline performance criteria of the scanner. The contractor will provide technical advice during the removal and packaging of the Y-axis near field scanner, and give technical assistance to the Goverment in the disassembly, crating, and packaging for shipment to Tobyhanna Army Depot, PA. The Goverment will provide air ride, commercial tractor trailer vans and flat beds. The contractor shall provide engineering and technical assistance to the Goverment upon completion of the shipment, and the contractor shall alignand calibrate the Near-Field Measurement System in an existing and prepared facility at Tobyhanna Army Depot, PA. The contractor shall complete any alignment, calibration, and/or final verification tests and demonstrate for a NIST technician/engineer that the MSQ-118 Automatic Test Equipment is certified as ready for production. The contractor will be required to be on site at McClellan AFB, CA on or about 1 March 99 and on site at Tobyhanna Army Depot, PA no later than 6 May 99.
