Administration (FAA) has a requirement for the acquisition of services
to provide Initial Boeing 737-300 (FAA Course #28446) Pilot
Qualification Training for an estimated eight (8) students and
Recurrent Boeing 737-300 (FAA Course #28447) Pilot Qualification
Training for an estimated 32 students. An Indefinite
Delivery/Requirements type contract will be awarded for a 1-year base
contract period with the option to extend the contract, at the sole
discretion of the government, for an additional two 1-year option
periods. All training must comply with the contractor's existing
training program which has been approved under Federal Aviation
Regulations (FAR) Part 121, 135, 141, or 142, as appropriate.
Contractor will be required to submit a copy of their approved training
program, including a course syllabus and any proposed
additions/changes, in sufficient detail to determine compliance with
the minimum hourly requirements of the SIR. The Standard Industrial
