COMMERCE BUSINESS DAILY ISSUE OF NOVEMBER 6,1998 PSA#2217SEMINARS How to Successfully Complete and Submit an IT GSA Schedule
Solicitation Thursday November 19, 1998, 9:00 am-4:00 pm. This all day
workshop is designed to give step by step procedures for completing
the ADP Multiple Award Schedule Solicitation. Suggestions will be made
for how the offer should be put together when it is submitted to GSA.
Additionally, a birds eye view of the acquisition process will be
presented, as well as an overview of the ADP Acquisition Center. The
instructor for this workshop will be Mary Rogers, an independent
Consultant and formerly Director of Vendor/Customer Relations with GSA.
The fee for this one-day training will be $150.00, lunch included.
**NOTE** the special time for this ONE-DAY workshop on Thursday
November 19, 9:00 am-4:00 pm. Introduction to Contracting with the
Federal Government Monday November 30, 1998, 6:30 pm-9:30 pm. This
class is an introduction to the Federal procurement process and its
regulations. The focus is on businesses that are developing a marketing
program that targets the Federal government as a prospective buyer. The
speaker for this class will be Gerald Francis. $35 if prepaid, or $40
at the door. The two seminars are held by the Procurement Technical
Assistance Program at the Enterprise Center, 4031 University Dr., 2nd
