Environmental data generated by the contracting laboratory will be used to make regulatory and programmatic decisions. This data must be scientifically valid and legally defendable. The Army policy is to follow U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) procedures unless otherwise specified. The contract period consists of Base Period (1 October 1999 through 30 September 2000) and three one-year option periods.
