The Navy requires manufacture of 6,021 each Shoulder-Launched Multipurpose Assualt Weapon launcher Cocking Handle piece parts. Piece parts shall be machined/manufactured in accordance with the Government's Statement of Work and various Department of the Navy United States Marine Corps drawings and assembled in accordance with drawing #82A5027A5145. The Government will furnish a cocking handle spring and a cocking handle pin in order to assemble a fully functional cocking handle. Special Production Testing and Production Test Reports will be required from the Contractor. A fixed price purchase order will be awarded using Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This procurement is exclusively reserved for Small Business Concerns in accordance with FAR 52.219-6; the applicable Standard Industrial Classification is 3471 and the size standard is 500 employees. FAR Part 12 procedures will not apply. Initial delivery quantity of 100 within seven weeks after contract award with a quantity of 60 per month thereafter is required FOB destination to NWSC Crane.
