The following changes/clarifications to the PRDA solicitation are provided: 1) The proposal is due not later than 1630 Central Standard Time on 30 November 1998; 2) The Government will not require approval of the data items to be submitted under this effort; 3) In regards to the last 3 months of the proposed effort, the Government estimates the need of a one-day meeting at Eglin AFB and three (3) one hour teleconferences; 4) Offerors shall propose loaded labor rates for the Time and Material Option line items for calendar years 1999 and 2000. This information will be included in Volume 2, the Cost Proposal; and 5) The Table of Contents for each volume will not be included in the volume page count limitation.
