Request For Quotation-The building statistics of the work to be

Work Requirement, All work will be performed within the hours of 6am
and 11pm. The contractor will maintain a presence in the building at
all times Monday-Friday during the standard hours of contract
performance. At least one (1) supervisor will be on duty within the
building at all times contractor personnel are performing work under
this contract. Minimum Hour Requirements, Monday thru Friday, a minimum
of eight (8) project manager hours per day, 8am-5pm. A minimum of 17
hours non productive supervisory, and 180 productive hours per day will
be provided betweenthe hours 6am & 11pm. A minimum of 12 utility hours
will be provided between the 6am & 11pm., Utility requirement will be
available for the contractor upon request. Saturdays, Sundays and
Federal holidays, the contractor, will maintain a presence at all time
the building is open. These required minimum hours provide for two (2,
productive employees and one (1) non productive supervisor. These hours
will be utilized primarily to service the public protions of the
building. Saturday minimum hour requirements are 34 productive and 17
non productive supervisory 6am-11pm. Sunday and Holiday minimum hour
requirements are 22 productive and 11 non productive supervisory. Hours
of operation for the research room are as follows: Monday & Wednesday,
8:45am to 5:00pm, Tuesday,Thursday & Friday, 8:45am to 9:00pm, Sundays
& Holidays, Closed, Hours of Operation for the Rotunda & Circular
Gallery: 10:00am to 9:00pm (7 days a week) April 1 thru Labor Day
10:00am to 5:00pm after labor Day, Closed Christmas Day. Cleaning of
these areas should be performed accordingly, following the above time
frames. No cleaning will be performed during the hours of operation.
All work will be inspected by a NARA quality control tedchnician.
Deductions will be proposed for any deficiencies noted on daily
inspection reports. A copy of the deduction table will be available in
the facilities management office upon request. The contract will also
be responsible for snow removal from sidewalks, parking areas and
entrances around the building. A snow removal plan with drawings and a
list of supplies and materials needed are availble in the facilities
manager office upon request. One (1) month. The services will be
acquired under Federal Acquisition Regulation, Part 12, Acquisition of
Commercial Services. This procurement will be a total set-aside for
small business concerns. Classification Code 7349. No other
