The DFAS facility consists of an approx. 592,000 square foot building containing seven stories plus a basement and penthouse. Individual floor space varies from 66,804 to 87,825 gross square feet. This indefinite-quantity contract will not be sealed bid but negotiated using source selection process. Other than price, the evaluation factors will be Operational Plan, Past Performance and Automated Asset Management System. The performance period will be from approximately 01 February 1999 thru 31 January 2000. This solicitation contains an option to extend clause for four one-year periods; from 01 February 2000 thru 31 January 2001, from 01 February 2001 thru 31 January 2002, from 01 February 2002 thru 31 January 2003 and from 01 February 2003 thru 31 January 2004.
