The CMSS Firm will provide support services that include (but are not limited to): monthly progress reports; Critical Path Method (CPM) charts, review of the contract documents and cost estimates; inspection services to verify the contractor's schedules, payment requests, and construction progress; plus maintain project files, inspection records, testing records and job diaries. Additionally, the firm must provide recommendations, estimates and evaluations of change orders; monitor submittals and construction costs; provide analysis and recommendations related to contract disputes and claims; and provide other services required for a successful administration of the major contract.
