This is an announcement that the Army Communications-Electronics Command (CECOM) will be issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) for a Requirement Contract on a Sole Source Basis to Northrop Grumman for repairing the Master Control Station P/N A3205747, Full Function Crew Station P/N A3205746, and Radio Inteface Terminal P/N A3205749. Northrop Grumman is the sole manufacturer and is the only one who possesses the peculiar equipment to repair and test these components. The U.S. Army Communications Electronics Command (CECOM) has established a Business Opportunities Page (BOP) website to allow electronic transmittal of Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Invitation for Bids (IFBs) from CECOM to Industry.
