Work includes the repair of existing unstable asphalt pavement, prepare and apply slurry seal coat to designated asphalt surfaces, apply fabric-reinforced asphalt overlay over designated existing surfaces, and raise existing utility manholes and valve boxes to finish pavement elevation. All work is to be completed within 90 calendar days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed. This solicitation is issued under and the resulting contract awarded under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program (PL 100-656).
