This is a sources sought synopsis for parties interested in submitting a quotation for designing and installing a video projection system using government furnished video equipment. Currently this requirement does not have funding, but it is anticipated funding will be obtained within 90 days. This requirement is below the threshold for formal synopsizing. This will be the only form of synopsis issued for this requirement. This announcement is a request for information only and is not a Request for Proposal (RFP), Request for Quotation (RFQ), or announcement of solicitation and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation or ultimately award a contract. An award will not be made on offers/proposals received in response to this notice. The Government will not provide payment for any material provided in response to this synopsis, nor will the Government return any material provided. The work includes but is not limited to providing all labor, tools, material, equipment, and transportation necessary to design and install a video projection system inside an existing conference room. All interested parties shall submit their response no later than 06 Nov 1998.
