Law Enforcement Agencies (LEAs) are seeking state-of-the-science vehicle tracking technologies with particular areas of concern including: 1)accuracy, 2)transportability and functionality, 3)hardware and software acquisition costs, 4)labor costs, 5)maintenance, and 6)fast covert sensor installation.
