The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to issue a delivery order under Basic Ordering Agreement N00019-98-G-0070 with Canadian Commercial Corporation, U.S. Division, Ontario, Canada for the modification of the AN/AQQ-T501 P-3 Tactical Trainer. This modification will expand the tactical trainer's present capabilities to an 8 buoy capability with multiple oceans, transient detections, advanced operator tools and a PC based instructor station. Canadian Commercial Corporation is the sole designer, developer and supplier of the AN/AQQ-T501 Tactical Trainer and as such, is the only source with the technical expertise and data required to meet the Government's needs.
