David Salinas, Contracting Officer, AMSAM-AC-TM-C, 256-876-3223 The U.S. Army Aviation and Missile Command, Mulitple Launch Rocket System (MLRS) currently has a requirement for the acquisition of 18 Nonmetallic Container Assemblies, APN 13212962. Delivery of hardware shall be no later than 10 days after award. Offerors must be approved and qualified. This proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source. The RFP shall be issued to Lockheed Martin Vought Systems (LMVS), P.O. Box 650003, MS MC-09, Dallas, Texas 75265-0003. LMVS is the prime contractor responsible for the research, development, and production of the MLRS.
