The Naval Air Systems Command intends to utilize the Basic Ordering Agreement N00019-99-G-0011 with Northrop Grumman Corporation (NGC), Logistics and Technology Center to place a class of orders for a period of one year. These orders will procure change kits for trainers, integrating and testing of change kits, factory and initial cadre training, engineering investigation, and updating trainer specifications.
