Work includes professional design services and a full range of equipment, construction, demolition, patching, and repair services necessary to achieve a fully functional HVAC system that will perform into the next decades with high operational efficiency, a minimum of down time, a high level of occupant comfort, and minimum maintenance and operation costs. The equipment must be Year 2000 compliant. This project is between $100,000 -- $250,000. Solicitation is expected to be issued on or about November 4, 1998. If this date slips, RFPs will be due 30 days from the date the solicitation is issued.
