This acquisition is being procured in accordance with FAR Part 12, as an unrestricted, firm-fixed priced type solicitation. Delivery of items shall occur in April 1999 to the Atlantic Ranges and Facilities Dept. of the Naval Air Warfare Center-Aircraft Division, Patuxent River, MD. Items shall be shipped FOB destination and inspection and acceptance at destination. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency.
