Work consists of concurrent construction on the 8 elements to include reinforced concrete pads, two 50' x 80' pre-engineered buildings, one 20' x 30' pre-engineered, electrical power, water line, paving, sprinklers, fire hydrant, fencing, grading for test roadway, sanitary sewer lines, 60' high steel tower w/foundation and ladder, 50' high steel tower w/foundation, 25' x 25' room on the tower, HVAC, one ton crane, elevator and stairs.
