This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additioal information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular #97-8. CONTRACT LINE ITEM AND DESCRIPTION IS LISTED AS FOLLOWS: 0001: Digital 20-3000 MHz DF Receiver, with scan speed of 750 MHz/s, DF accuracy of less than 1 degree RMS, Sensitivity of 0.5 micro Volt/meters DF duration of less than 500 microseconds and noise figure of 7dB or less. Receiver must be rack mountable. (1 ea.) 0002: Mobile V/UHF Antenna with antenna box. (1 ea.) 0003: Windows based laptop computer with required DF system operating software. (1 ea.) 0004: Required connection cables, connectors and fasteners. (1 set) IMPORTANT: Include technical literature for all components with quote.
