U -- EDUCATION & TRAINING SERVICES SOL VACA-1 DUE 110498 POC Ryan Ghiz (202) 231-2878 The Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) is conducting a market survey for sources interested in designing, developing and delivering a seven to ten day course for Staff and Action Officers. The course will consist of three modules of instruction that will address: 1. Operations Procedures, 2. Reports Officer (RO) Procedures, and 3. Regional Desk Officer (RDO) Procedures. The course should include the following: a needs and task analysis, a course design, lesson plans, handouts, viewgraphs, job aids, a RO reference cook book, a RDO reference cook book, and an end of course evaluation. The course should be delivered two times in FY99. The contractor must be able to secure a TOP SECRET SCI clearance. Interested companies should submit a capability statement, which clearly demonstrates past performance and experience in this area and a cost estimate for this requirement not later than 4 November 1998.
