The diplomas must be metal plate mounted on American Walnut wooden board, metal to be .050 thickness nickel silver alloy, wordage on diploma to be screen printed from finished artwork suitable for reproduction supplied by the USAF Academy. Diplomas to be manufactured in accordance with USAF Academy specifications. This will be a requirements type contract with first year's performance commencing 1 Jan 99. Estimated quantities to be 960 ea, for the basic year, 940 ea, 930 ea, 950 ea and 940 ea for the four option years. Manufacturing of approximately 30 additional diplomas per year will be required for Cadets who graduate later then class scheduled dates. Delivery FOB destination to USAF Academy CO 80840 not later than second Friday of April each year. While price will be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final contract award will be based on best value.
