Work to include labor, equipment, materials and services to excavate, remove and dispose of existing grade materials; install approved subgrade fill material; install 6" thick base course; construct 4" thick reinforced concrete sidewalk, driveways and wheelchair ramps; construct concrete curbs, install asphaltic concrete leveling course, adjust manhole or utility box/covers; pavement striping, pavement letters and arrows, install portland cement concrete pavement, standard precast rubber parking bumpers on concrete pavements and all incidental items necessary to complete the work in accordance with the technical provisions.
