Sutherlin, Contracting Officer (910)432-2146, Major Steven Convoy, Contract Specialist, (910)432-6978 Contracter shall provide all support necessary to provide ARABIC BASIC ACQUISITION Language Training, 5 November 1998 through 30 September 1999 at two locations: USAR Center, 5550 Dower House Road, Upper Marlboro, Maryland and at the Fort Meyer Memorial Chapel, Building 480, Fort Meyer, Virginia. This initial acquisition program shall consist of a program of instruction in speaking, listening, and reading comprehention in the ARABIC (MODERN STANDARD) language. All course material must be provided by the contractor. The contractor shall be accredited or certified to conduct foreign language training; accreditation or certification is neither divisible nor transferable. (A non-accredited institution or organization does not gain accredited status solely because of an affiliation or arrangement with an accredited institution.) All offers must be received not later than 4:00 P.M. Eastern Standard Time, 29 October 1998 in order to be considered.
