The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), National Severe Storms Lab (NSSL) requires janitorial services for areas as specified in the bid package located in Norman, OK for the period January 1, 1999 through September 30, 1999 with one -- one year option. Contractor shall provide all labor, supplies, cleaning materials, equipment and supervision to perform the work specified in the Statement of Work. Local supervision is mandatory and reported problems in cleaning shall be responded to within 3 hours.
