The Bureau of Land Management, (BLM), has the requirement for the varieties and quantities of seed listed below. Offers may be submitted for either certified seed, or non-certified seed, or substitute seed or all three. The Government reserves the right to award on any item bid in either category, or a combination of categories, including and substitutes. In the event of award based on a combination of certified, non-certified or substitute seed, the total amount of seed purchased will not exceed the quantity specified. Offers will be evaluated based upon the criterion contained in the solicitation. Awarded dollar amount will be based on the bulk price per pound. Awards may be made on higher PLS price certified seed versus a non-certified PLS priced seed. When a variety is not specified, the government may award on a higher PLS price based on preference.
