Postal Service is in the process of prequalifying most highly qualified
suppliers to support our Mailing Online Program. Mailing Online is a
new Internet-based service which enables the Postal customer to
electronically send documents produced on a desktop computer to the
Postal Service, which than routes them to a print facility. Most highly
suppliers must have the capability to provide turnkey printing,
finishing, and distribution of mail pieces delivered electronically to
the printer's site by the Postal Service. Suppliers who are interested
in receiving a Prequalification Package must obtain it by accessing The
United States Postal Service Business Opportunity Bulletins via the
following internet address: http://www.purchasing.gov After gaining
access to the Business Opportunity Bulletins (BOB), suppliers should
access Supplies or Services under Business Area, and Announcement under
