A-E services are required to perform engineering and construction inspection services for a proposed water treatment plant to be located on the Blackfeet Indian Reservation, East Glacier Park, Montana. The engineering service shall include deisgn of the water treatment plant. Design will be based on a preliminary engineering report and pilot testing performed during the summer of 1998. The plant will be scheduled for construction in the 1999 construction season. Licensure in the State of Montana will be which consists of members from the Blackfeet Tribe, the East Glacier Water and Sewer District, the Environmental Protection Agency, and the Indian Health Service.
