The project consists of rehabilitation a two acre area that was worked over with heavy earth moving equipment and return it to its natural riparian habitat by planting mesquite trees and providing maintenance of these trees for a year with 2 option years. The project site is situated approximately 4 miles east of Yuma, Arizona, north of highway 95 on 4 1/2 E, in Yuma County at the confluence of the Gila and Colorado Rivers. Copies of this Request for Quotation (RFQ) will be available on or about October 23, 1998. The proposed project is a 100-percent small business set-aside. The small business size standard is $5 million and the deadline date of receipt of bids is November 6, 1998.
