Other than Full and Open Competition procedures are being used because Drawing #76Z2795-17 is a SOURCE CONTROL DRAWING and ITT Cannon and G&H Technology are the only approved sources of supply. Delivery will be at destination on the following schedule: First Article Test -- 270 days after contract award and Cable delivery -- 390 days after contract award.
