Dept. of Commerce/NOAA Office of Finance has a requirement for a Insured/Bonded Courier Service to provide daily pick-up and delivery of passports, visas, sensitive or classified packages or small boxes (not to exceed 70 pounds) to/from NOAA offices and various Embassies in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area. Services will be required from 11/01/98 through 09/30/99. The government will provide a vehicle for the courier's use during the government's specified daily schedule as set forth in the Statement of Work.
