The Naval Air Warfare Center, Aircraft Division announces its intentions to acquire thirteen (13) Maintenance Station Units. The MSU is an existing part of the Integrated Communication System on the VH-3D aircraft. The acquisition and incorporation of the MSU will be procured on a sole source basis from Palomar Products, Inc., Rancho Santa Margarita, CA. The proposed effort will be obtained utilizing a Firm Fixed Price contract.
