Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment,
transportation, supervision and disposal necessary to remove the
existing fuel oil furnace, electric hot water heater, 275 gallon fuel
oil storage tank and containment basin, fuel lines, accordion door to
mechanical closet, and electrical wiring for both furnace and hot water
heater, new gas lines, a wall, new double doors into mechanical closet,
new wiring for gas furnace andincidental related work. Additionally,
work involves coordination with the local gas utility for timely
installation of gas meters. The work shall be accomplished in sixteen
occupied single family dwellings located at USCG Group Long Island
Sound, New Haven, CT. (New Haven County) The estimated cost of this
project is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. SIC code is 1711.

and electrical modifications. It is anticipated that asbestos
insulation material will be encountered on plumbing piping and fittings
as well as vinyl asbestos floor tile. Estimated cost of this project is
