Refuse and Recycling Collection Services for Pearl Harbor Family Housing/Support Facilities, Marine Corps Base Hawaii Family Housing, and Bellows Air Force Station, Various Areas, Oahu, Hawaii. The work includes, but is not limited to, providing all labor, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, and transportation necessary to collect and dispose of refuse, and collect, process, and market recyclable material. SIC Code 4212 applies. The contract term will be a base period of one year plus four option years. The total term of the contract, including all options, will not exceed 60 months. If the Government does not award a follow-on contract in time, the Government may require the Contractor to continue performance for an additional period up to six months under the Option to Extend Services clause. In either case, the Government will not synopsize the options when exercised. This contract will replace two contracts for similar services, the Pearl Harbor Family Housing and Support Facilities contract awarded in 1994 for $697,757.00 (firm fixed-price) and $624,520.71 estimated (indefinite quantity) per year and the Kaneohe Marine Corps Base Hawaii and Bellows Air Force Station contract awarded in 1997 for $476,926.25 (firm fixed-price). We will include information about the current contracts and the incumbent contractor (e.g., value of last option exercised, firm name, address, etc.) with the solicitation package. We do not require requests under the Freedom of Information Act for this information. Provide street address, phone number, and facsimile number when requesting solicitation package.
