The contractor shall furnish all management, supervision, inspection, labor, tools, equipment, materials, supplies, transportation, and incidental engineering, necessary to maintain and repair family housing units, and associated utility systems, household equipment, appliances and land areas, and other related real property and facilities. Work includes the performance of service work in occupied housing units, change of occupancy maintenance in both vacant and occupied housing units, and other related services. This is a negotiated procurement with the intended result of a fixed-price and indefinite quantity contract. The contract term is for a base and four option periods. The contract duration, including the exercise of any option, is not to exceed 60 months. Estimated cost range for all years is over $10 million. Evaluation process will consist of a technical and a cost/price evaluation. Award will be made based on the best value to the government.
