The Social Security Administration (SSA) intends to negotiate solely with BMC Software, 2101 City West Blvd., Houston, Texas 77042 to obtain software maintenance support of the following proprietary service: seven (7) copies of Super Optimizer Software, installed on a Hitachi Skyline 72, located at the SSA, National Computer Center, 6201 Security Blvd., Baltimore, Maryland 21235. BMC Software is the only known source, which can provide the required services. This is not a request for quotations or an announcement of a forthcoming solicitation. Request for copies of a solicitation in response hereto will not be honored or acknowledged. The Government will not pay for information submitted in response to this publication.
