Work involves development of six acres of land for full casket gravesites, and, as an alternate, the development of gravesites using approximately 5,000 pre-placed concrete crypts. The project also includes road work (concrete to match existing); burial section layout; landscaping; site signage; irrigation expansion for the six acres; new irrigation control system; reconstruction and extension of the perimeter brick wall; construction of a new maintenance/storage building, construction of a new public restroom and information building, construction of a new committal service shelter and the renovation of the existing office building. Estimated cost range: Between $1 million and $5 million.
