Computer Sciences Corporation is issuing a Request for Quotation (RFQ)on a Sole Make and Model basis for six (6)Sun Ultra 5 Workstations and peripherals per attached Request for Quotation. Computer Sciences Corporation intends to purchase the items from Sun Microsystems or one of their authorized dealers in accordance with FAR Part 13. Interested firms have fifteen (15) days from the publication of this synopsis/ Request for Quote to submit in writing to the identified point of contact, their qualifications/capabilities and offers. Such qualifications -- capabilities and offers will be used solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis.
