13 -- SPECIAL NOTICE CONCERNING -- SHALLOW WATER ASSAULT BREACHING (SABRE) EX 9 MOD 0 The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) has established an electronic technical library for SABRE at http://www.contracts.hq.navsea.navy.mil/. Interested parties will find the library in the InfoDoc section under N00024-99-R-6301. The library is being established in anticipation of the release of N00024-99-R-6301 in FY99. A presolicitation notice will appear in the CBD prior to release of N00024-99-R-6301. Reference to this requirement first appeared in the Commerce Business Daily 06 May 1998 in a Sources Sought announcement. Additional documents will be added to the library as they become available.
