The FISC Norfolk Detachment Philadelphia intends to acquire through full and open competition non-personal Contractor Engineering and Technical Services (CETS) for the Naval Aviation Engineering Service Unit by qualified personnel. This proposed procurement is for a period beginning 01 January 1999 through 30 September 1999, with two one year options, and one 3 month option. The total contract term will not exceed 36 months. The required services include contractor engineering and technical services in support of the following programs: F18 program and additional support to C130, EA6B, F14, H46, H60, AH1W, UH1N, H2, P3 aircraft electronic warfare systems. This contract covers the Government's minimum needs. The solicitation will contain specifications for a Contractor Field Services (CFS) Specifications. The place of performance is as follows: NAS New Orleans. The solicitation will contain specifications and qualifications for the type of services required. An IDIQ Labor Hour contract is anticipated.
