The item description is as follows: NonPersonal Service to provide all labor, tools, parts, materials, transportation, facilities necessary to upgrade night vision goggles. UpgradeF4949C night vision goggles to the Omni IV with (2) F9800N image intensifiers (hand picked), (2) leaky greenOBJ lens assembly, and (2) 25mm eyepieces.
