This solicitation is a standing solicitation for Federal Supply Schedule FSC Group 78, Part I, Section C, from which the Government contemplates award of contracts for supplies listed in the Schedule of Items covering 16 Special Item Numbers. Resulting contracts will be FOB Origin, 48 contiguous United States and Washington D. C. and FOB Origin, for delivery outside the 48 contiguous United States. There is no closing date for receipt of offers, therefor, offers may be submitted for consideration at any time during the life of this solicitation. Contact points for locations outside the domestic scope are mandatory in order to provide those locations with local assistance. This solicitation will remain in effect unless amended and/or replaced by an updated solicitation. This solicitation may be updated on a semi-annual basis, therefor offerors should request an updated solicitation six months after this notice. All contracts under this Multiple Award Schedule will be for be for periods of the date of award (DOA) plus five years and include an Option to Extend the Term of the Contract for an additional five year period, unless canceled sooner.
