SUBMARINE PORTABLE SHIP CONTROL UNIT (PSCU) UPGRADE The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division is involved in the production and maintenance of the Seawolf submarine portable ship control unit(PSCU). It is the intention of the Government to purchase specialized hardware in able to support this system. The government intends to negotiate with only one company.
