COMMERCE BUSINESS DAILY ISSUE OF SEPTEMBER 29,1998 PSA#2190NOTICE TO INTERESTED PARTIES -- TEMPORARY LIMITED ACCESS TOUR PERMIT
The Government contemplates the issuance of a temporary limited access
tour permit to a responsible tour provider interested in providing
tours of the Aerospace Maintenance and Regeneration Center(AMARC),
Davis-Monthan Air Force Base(DMAFB), Arizona, to public partons. A (5)
five year no-cost to the Government access permit will be issued to
one tour provider. This tour permit will entitle the permit holder to
have physcical access to AMARC. Access will be given on a
not-to-interfere basis with base operations. Access will be limited to
tour routes and times approved by the Government. Tour routes will be
designed to allow participants to view the aircraft and processes at
the AMARC facility. The permit holder will be required to comply with
the terms and conditions set forth in the permit and all applicable
base security requirements. Anticipated issue date of applications will
be on or about 14 Oct 98. A pre-proposal conference/site visit will be
held on or about 20 Oct 98 at 10:00 AM in the 355th Contracting
Squadron conference room, Building 2525, DMAFB,AZ. Initial period of
performance is 01 January 1999 thru 31 December 1999, with four
renewable years. Tour providers interested in applying for a permit may
