The Naval Construction Battalion Center has a requirement for a "turnkey" installation of 266 patient bedside televisions and 12 standard table mount televisions at the new Naval Hospital in Portsmouth, VA. The bedside televisions will be mounted to a previously installed Hill Rom headrail via a Hill Rom vertical mount that will be furnished by the government and installed by the contractor. Televisions are to be 9" color, 181 channel cable ready, low voltage, with remote control and sleep timer. Televisions must be UL listed for Healthcare. Contractor to furnish all installation materials including, but not limited to, 28 VAC power supply, support arm, RG6 non plenum coaxial cable, jumpers, hardware, and connectors. Optional equipment shall include 200 EA under pillow speakers and 100 EA double ear mono/stereo head sets. Proposals will require evidence showing experience with installation of healthcare televisions in major health care facilities. This acquisition is unrestricted.
