The National Park Service intends to issue a concession permit at Rocky Mountain National Park with a term of three years. The services to be provided under this permit are: instruction and guide services in technical rock climbing, mountaineering, and ski mountaineering. The current concessioner has performed its obligations to the satisfaction of the Secretary of the Interior. Therefore, the current concessioner is entitled to a right of preference in the award of a new permit, pursuant to the provisions of Section 5 of the Concessions Policy Act of October 9, 1965 (16 USC 20d). Any party interested in making an offer for this new permit must do so within 15 days of the date of publication of this announcement.
