PA-The works includes three nursing units to be upgraded by
constructing a new six-story addition and renovating existing spaces.
Only the three upper floors of new construction and adjacent existing
areas are involved. The first three floors of new construction
structural steel framing will remain open. Metal deck and concrete
floor slabs will be used on top three floors and roof of new
construction. The work includes all interior walls and finishes for
both new and renovated areas. Mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire
protection systems and site work are included for the new and renovated
areas. Asbestos abatement in renovated areas is included. -- Cost
Range; Between $10 and $20 million. Bid Documents will be available
October 20, 1998. Request for bid documents shall be forwarded to Reid

Pittsburgh, PA 15212.-Telephone 412/231-0700. A refundable deposit of
$125 per set will be made for bid documents. -- When requesting bid
