CONTRACT PERIOD 1 FEB 99 THRU 31 JAN 2001, WITH THREE (3) ONE(1) YEAR OPTION PERIODS THROUGH 31 JAN 2004. BEQ: THROUGHPUT PER YEAR IS 2,500,000 GALLONS PER YEAR; PER CONTAINER BEQ PER YEAR IS 40 LOADS BY TANK TRUCK, 190 LOADS BY RAIL CAR AND 1 LOAD BY MARINE VESSEL.
