This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number A-98-13 is a request for quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-06. This requirement is not a set-aside for small business. The standard industrial classification code is 7521, with a small business size standard of $5 million. The Department of the Treasury, Departmental Offices intends to award contracts for parking services at the following locations: Location #1 -- Washington, DC -- 17 Spaces Requirements for Parking Site: -Parking facility must have overhead cover. -Parking facility must be within two blocks of 601 13th Street, NW. -Parking facility must have 24 hour access. -Parking facility must have 8 foot clearance. Location #2 -- Washington, DC -- 16 Spaces Requirements for Parking Site: -Parking facility must have overhead cover. -Parking facility must be within two blocks of 740 15th Street, NW. -Parking facility must have 24 hour access. -Parking facility must have 8 foot clearance. The anticipated period of performance for this requirement is October 1, 1998 through September 30, 1999.
