WOMEN-OWNED SMALL BUSINESS CONFERENCE, "ACCESS TO OPPORTUNITIES" The U.S. General Services Administration's (GSA's) National Capital Region (NCR) will host a Women-Owned Small Business Conference, "Access to Opportunities." This event will be held on October 29, 1998, from 9:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m., in the GSA National Capital Region auditorium located at 7th and D Streets, SW, Washington, DC. The conference will feature GSA officials who will discuss women's initiatives from the national and regional perspective and the 5% goal established for women-owned small businesses. Women business owners will also share their success stories in contracting with the Federal Government.
